libghc-dyre-dev software package provides dynamic reconfiguration library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-dyre-dev
libghc-dyre-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-dyre-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-dyre-dev *
You will get with libghc-dyre-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
